Claims for refunds must be made within 3 days of receiving items (i.e. 6 days after we post out the item) , email claims to prelovedchic@gmail.com
Once claim has been acknowledged, buyers are given another 3 working days to return the item personally or via post, refunds will be made when item is received.
...decluttering a dressy affair
Just to let you all know, spring is here.....or rather my personal spring cleaning is here. I have a closet full of clothes that I have never wore and instead of letting them hang in a lonely closet, I shall let others have them. Do bookmark this space because they will be posted up very soon!
