Size and condition

Most of the items here are free size unless otherwise stated.

I am generally a size S or M

Size S would generally fit someone with a waist of 24-26, bust 32-34 and hips 32-36

I will try to provide exact measurements, but if I did not and you need to know, email me at prelovedchic@gmail.com or give me a shout

Conditions

I've categorized these items as "Never been worn", "As good as new" and "some wear and tear"

NEVER BEEN WORN - means exactly that, I bought it and never wore it. It could be a recent purchase or not, if you need to know, feel free to ask (although sometimes I dun remember)

As good as new - means I've wore it a few times, but either dun fit me or I dun like it anymore

Some wear and tear - means it was well-loved! There could be discoloration or some defects. Do ask for details.

How to order

To order, send email to prelovedchic@gmail.com with item no, email and preferred post (normal/registered)

A confirmation email with bank account details will be sent to you. Currently POSB and UOB transfers are accepted.

Please make sure you read the remarks and 'TAKE NOTE' on the item you are planning to order.

Payment

Prices stated here are in Singapore dollars, are final and non-negotiable.

Once I received your order, I will send you a confirmation with total payment amount, account details. POSB/DBS and UOB transfers preferred.

After you've made payment, send me an email with transaction number, IB nick and the date that you paid.

Refund and exchanges policy

Refunds will be made ONLY if :
- I sent you the wrong order

There will be NO refunds or exchanges if clothes do not fit. And please be reminded that these are preloved items, there will be some wear and tear. I will take great care to disclose the significant defects here.

Claims for refunds must be made within 3 days of receiving items (i.e. 6 days after we post out the item) , email claims to prelovedchic@gmail.com

Once claim has been acknowledged, buyers are given another 3 working days to return the item personally or via post, refunds will be made when item is received.

Delivery

Normal post $1.50/item, $0.50 for each additional item
Registered add SGD$2.24/order

**Some items' price are normal postage inclusive

*We will email you the tracking number if its via registered mail

Bikini was bought shortly before I moved house and was misplaced during the move. Have found it while clearing my closet. Even tag and hygiene adhesive strip (refer to pic) is still intact. Bought it at its full price. But now I have way too many bikinis.
